Hare Krsna!
Revised the soul and transmigration slokas. One needs to
ask these questions continuously. Who am I? Why the
sufferings are coming to me without any invitation? Where
will I go after death? One starts learning spiritual education,
after probing these questions within himself.
We had seen sloka 13.17 and seen Bhisma's Character in Mahabharata.

He is the maintainer of every living entity, it is to be
understood that He devours and develops all.
